Meet Anji

Anji Gopal, BSc (Hons), M.Ost, is an osteopath, senior yoga teacher and corporate wellness speaker who bridges science and practical experience to help people find great health.
A former investment banker turned clinician, she created an evidence-based yoga programme for chronic low back pain in the NHS which she ran for 6 years.
Anji works with individual clients, major corporates and professional networks and is a regular presenter and commentator on workplace and mind-body health.
She sees patients at her two London clinics and her regular health-focused retreats are always fully booked.
